ALL SALES OF BOOKS AND FLASHCARDS ARE FINAL:

We are first and foremost a ministry. We're sorry but we cannot afford to produce and ship materials to be "checked-out" and then returned, nor can we accept returns for any other reason. All books and flashcards are produced ON DEMAND and ALL SALES OF BOOKS AND FLASHCARDS ARE FINAL. If you are in doubt about what you are ordering, please contact us first. Thank you for your understanding.

REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE BOOKS AND FLASHCARDS:

We produce thousands of books a season, and occasionally a defective book will be sent out. We will be happy to replace defective books and flashcards if brought to our attention within 2 weeks of receiving it. We are thrilled that so many enthusiastic quizzers are studying the Word and choose to use our books to do so, but unfortunately we cannot replace books and flashcards due to wear-and-tear.

Software can be refunded if the request is made within 30 days of placing the order. In the rare event that a refund of a shipped item is approved, the original shipping charge plus a handling fee will be subtracted from the refund.
